We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of sunglasses from Cinco Shades. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns policy in accordance with U.K. consumer law. 

Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive your goods.
How to Return

To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). Condition of Returned Goods 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds 

Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exchanges

If you need to exchange your sunglasses for the same item, please send us an email at Contact@cincoshades.com and send your item to: 10 MIddleton Road, Manchester, M24 6DP. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Contact@cincoshades.com with details of the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the faulty item to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
