Cinco Shades sells ready-to-ship sunglasses and accessories. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website.




2. Eligibility

You can check out as a guest. By purchasing from our site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.




3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue products or prices at any time without notice.




4. Order Processing & Shipping


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • We ship via Royal Mail, Evri, and Fastway (for Ireland).
  • Orders include tracking; however, tracking details may be sent upon request.
  • We ship internationally.





5. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.




6. Returns & Refunds


  • We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • All items are returnable, provided they are unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs may apply and are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Our sunglasses meet UV400 standards, offering full UVA/UVB protection. They are designed for fashion and general sun protection—not for medical, industrial, or prescription use.

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled under the laws of the United Kingdom.
