Thank you for shopping with Cinco Shades, operated by Cellor Shades. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.





1. Order Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.





2. Shipping Carriers



We ship orders using:


  • Royal Mail (UK & International)
  • Evri (UK)
  • Fastway (Republic of Ireland)






3. Shipping Destinations



We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@cincoshades.com.





4. Shipping Costs



Shipping is completely free on all orders, no matter the destination.

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.





5. Tracking Information



All orders include tracking.

Tracking may not be uploaded instantly — if you haven’t received tracking, email us and we’ll send it manually.





6. Estimated Delivery Times



  • United Kingdom: 4–7 working days
  • International (including Ireland, Europe, USA & Rest of World): 5–10 working days



Please note: These are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs or local courier disruptions.





7. Missed or Returned Deliveries



If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.





8. Lost or Delayed Packages



If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll investigate. If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
